Iddy Biddy Bar and Bistro- Flavourful Food and Generous Servings

Iddy Biddy spans three shops wide at the j-hook of Acland St. in Saint Kilda. Like the suburb, the bar and bistro is kitsch, funky and eclectic. During the day, it is a brunch hall. The menu is full-on 8 pages long. From pancakes, bennys, BYO (build-your-own) sammies and warm salads, there is something for everyone. Coffee is deliciously pulled by expert barista, Brad. He uses AllPress Espresso, a NZ specialty coffee roastery who has landed a great reputation in Melbourne.

When dusk falls, Iddy Biddy turns into a music venue for live performances and when rockin' discs are spinned. Food service continues well into the evening, and happy hour drink specials and well-priced savoury nibbles make anyone a happy customer.

Iddy Biddy is casual and friendly, and I certainly vibe the space. Without further ado, I am going straight to the food snaps. I feel the food will speak for itself the quality, taste and generous portions of which Iddy Biddy is widely known for.

Fun Fact: There is a tree hanging on the wall in the main lounge room. Apparently, it came from the owner's mum's house! See if you can spot it. ;)

Special thanks to Matt, Caroline and Brennan +Burgers of Melbourne for the invite!
