For more than ten years, I have been eating a gluten-free and dairy-free diet. While it has not been easy on a restricted diet (especially when it can complicate family and friends), eating this way has kept me in tip-top health. Specifically, I find following a gluten-free and dairy-free diet has helped me reduce the recurrence of atopic dermatitis. What wouldn't I do for improved health!!!

Eating well on a restricted diet is a considerable process, and I have endless passion in learning about food for health and well-being. I am a person who is genuinely interested in gluten-free and dairy-free food products. I cook, I bake and I dine out strictly gluten-free and dairy-free. I truly believe there are wonderful food choices available for people on dietary-restrictions, and I love talking about them and sharing my insights.
